  • i’ve been a loyal customer since i was a primary school student and now i’m in uni, used to come here for lunch whenever i get a half day off. started studying in the uk and i miss it every now and then. top notch ho fun, silky smooth with no weird taste and texture. beef brisket wise i usually order either 坑腩or 崩沙腩, always comes out perfectly, literally glistening. the radish is definitely worth mentioning as well, how is it that sweet and juicy?!? it balances well with the brisket to refresh your palate. clear broth brisket noodles is clearly a severely underrated in hk, definitely my comfort food. the staffs used to recognise me and instantly know what i want to order, also one time i found out i didn’t bring my wallet after im done with the meal, they’re nice enough to let me pay when i come next time, lovely staffs. people always complain how expensive it is but like do you even know how much time and ingredients it takes to make the broth? for this cut of meat i have no complaints at all plus it isn’t even that expensive
